Applicable Law

The administration and protection of the personal data of the visitor/customer of Oceancube services, is subject to the terms of this section, as well as to the relevant restrictions of Greek law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and the free transfer of such data, which is binding in all members of the European Union).

These terms are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology and in particular the Internet and the existing – albeit not fully developed - grid of legal regulations on these issues. In this context, any relevant regulation will be subject of the existing section. In any case Oceancube reserves the right to change the terms of protection of personal data after informing its visitors/customers and within the existing or potential legal framework.

Every visitor can browse the Oceancube online store without giving any personal information. We will need personal information (your email, username, password and extra information discussed below) only when you order a service.

Information relating to the purchase of services and products:

The necessary information for each transaction is your name, a fixed telephone, address (street, city, postal code) and type of document (proof, invoice with company name, VAT number and address of headquarters). At the same time, we optionally request some information such as a mobile phone number (if we need to contact you directly).

Oceancube includes links to other websites that are not controlled by itself but by third parties (natural or legal persons). Under no circumstances is Oceancube responsible for the Terms of Use of Personal Data that they follow.

IP Addresses:

The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then Oceancube is used exclusively for the collection of statistics and the security of transactions.
